Dr. Hoang (Tano) Pham

Allergist

Dr. Hoang (Tano) Pham is an Allergist/Clinical Immunologist who graduated medical school from the University of Ottawa. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of British Columbia. He then went on to do Allergy and Clinical Immunology subspecialty training at McGill University. 

He will be accepting referrals for patients age 5 and up for a broad range of conditions: environmental allergies, asthma +/- COPD overlap, eosinophilic COPD, chronic cough, sinusitis/nasal polyps, anaphylaxis, food allergies, eosinophilic esophagitis, drug allergies (e.g., penicillin, aspirin/NSAIDS, latex, etc.), insect sting allergies, hives/angioedema, eczema, and eosinophilia.

He has special expertise subcutaneous/sublingual immunotherapy and biologics (e.g., omalizumab, mepolizumab, benralizumab, dupilumab, tezepelumab, abrocitinib, upadacitinib, etc.).  Dr Pham's 5 priority areas for rapid access are: severe asthma, nasal polyps, atopic dermatitis, chronic urticaria, and eosinophilic esophagitis.
